I am considering an outright sale, though I am open to negotiation on any offers I receive.

I hope to sell SMN to someone who will continue to care for, and move the SMN community forward.

In as much as I cannot say whether to sell or not; or whom to sell to, I will humbly advice you to consider leaving a good legacy to be remembered for (though you are Anonymous to me !!! ). Please consider the FUTURE of SMN in selling (and not just the Ego, Kudi, Owo)

• Will the quick response of the Administrator to issues/suggestions be adhered to?
• [I believe this greatly improved the forum as Administrator adopted good suggestions and also responded to those suggestions are not acceptable or that could not be done]
• Will quick identification and subsequent eradication of 419 posts be maintained?
• Will SMN continue be the No. 1 site for Nigerian Shareholders to analyze issues?
• Will SMN members continue to feel “incomplete” if they have not checked the site over 24 hours (maybe less)?
• Will the tolerance of openness of discussion, allowing for opposing views (to that of the eventual buyer) be maintained?
• Although members express views posts favouring a stock, counter views are also entertained. Will this continue?
• In your selection of buyer, analyze the buyer that will manage the site WISELY such that if you visit the site in a year’s time, you will not be sad to see what the site has become.
• Will you leave a good Legacy?

Btw, i hope it is not Oscar Oyeama, NSE DG that bought it?. Oscar has started charging for frivolous things on the NSE website. If it is him, then we are trouble because iam sure that even replying to a post will attract a charge.

Congratulations EIC. Abeg, my take is that you re-invest the proceeds from the sale on the NSE expecially in those stocks and sectors that are heavily represented in my portfolio.
