2. This may include personal information such as your user name and alias and your expressions of opinion. C. PRIVACY POLICY

10. THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS PROHIBITED IN COUNTRIES WHERE ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT IS INVALID ACCORDING TO LOCAL LAW.

E. ADVERTISING
StockMarketNigeria.com contains advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on StockMarketNigeria.com complies with international and national law. StockMarketNigeria.com will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.
F. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement and the relationship between you and StockMarketNigeria.com shall be governed by English Law. You and StockMarketNigeria.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within England.
G. GENERAL
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
